These Terms govern your use of GoldScalper Pro's EA, Android app, dashboard, and related services. Please read them carefully before purchasing a license.

Acceptance of terms
- By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the GoldScalper Pro EA, Android app, or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service
- GoldScalper Pro is an automated gold-trading system available for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, paired with an Android companion app for remote monitoring and supported EA controls, plus a web dashboard for license management and trade analytics.
- Access is license-based. Each plan carries a defined number of permitted concurrent trading accounts and supported devices.

Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information, such as your trading account number, platform, and broker, when binding a license.

License grant and restrictions
- Subject to an active license or subscription, as applicable to your plan, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to install and run the supported EA and Android app on the number of permitted trading accounts/devices.
- You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the EA or app, or share a single license across more devices than your plan allows.
- A license used in violation of these Terms may be suspended or revoked automatically by the licensing system.

Payments and billing
- Plans are paid in USDT (TRC20). Licenses activate automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain | typically within one hour, though confirmation times can vary with network conditions.
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain; double-check the wallet address and network (TRC20) before sending.

Refunds
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the EA fails to install or run as described, subject to standard troubleshooting steps via the support channel.
- Trading losses incurred while using the EA are not refundable under any circumstances.

Trading risk disclosure
- Trading foreign exchange and commodities such as gold (XAUUSD) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance, backtest results, or displayed trade analytics are not a reliable indicator of future results.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk settings, and any losses incurred while running the EA on a live or demo account.

Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass license or device limits, interfere with the API, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access may be suspended or terminated automatically for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or detected fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer of warranties
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldScalper Pro is not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the EA, app, or dashboard.

Governing law
- These Terms are governed by applicable local law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved through the support channel may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms
- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
